QUICHE

Quiche- recipe Ingredients: Eggs Pie shell Fillings(cheese) 1 1/2 cups cream or milk Salt and pepper Method: Preheat oven to 180°C.  Sprinkle cheese into the bottom of your pie shell.  Whisk the eggs and cream in a bowl until blended.  Season with salt and pepper.  Pour the mixture into the pie shell.  Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the filling turns a golden brown.  A simple Quiche is ready, serve it after standing 10 minutes.

POACHED EGGS

Poached Eggs- recipe POACHED EGGS Ingredients: Eggs Water Salt and pepper Method: Take a saucepan of water and bring it to a boil. Crack each egg into its small bowl so they’re ready to go with warm water. When the water reaches a boil, reduce it to a medium flame. Add eggs into the boiling water. Take the eggs out after 3 minutes, till they get poached. For solid yolk leave it for 5 minutes. Take the eggs out and drain the water. Season the Poached eggs with salt and pepper, serve it.
