Quiche- recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Pie shell
- Fillings(cheese)
- 1 1/2 cups cream or milk
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Sprinkle cheese into the bottom of your pie shell.
- Whisk the eggs and cream in a bowl until blended.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the filling turns a golden brown.
- A simple Quiche is ready, serve it after standing 10 minutes.
