Dust the inside of the pan with flour (gluten-free) to fully cover grease and pan. Use another bowl to whisk baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and gluten-free flour to a smooth blend. Shred the carrots before mixing with the above blend. Add brown sugar, flax eggs, and granulated sugar and mix till frothy. Add oil in the running processor in steady steam then add emulsified eggs. Stir thoroughly before pouring into baking pans.

In another bowl, add flour, cocoa, salt soda, and powder, mix then add sugar, Now, combine all the above in a bowl then blend well. Transfer the contents to baking pans then move them to the oven. Leave for 50 minutes. Let it cool before frosting using peanut butter and sweetener.

The ingredients you will need are 1 lemon, 275 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 200g golden caster sugar, 100ml vegan oil. You will also need ½ lemon juice and 150g sugar for icing.
