Hey, foodies today I will make my all-time favorite snack Chilli Cheese Toast. It is a very easy recipe and gets ready very quickly and the best part is the taste is fantastic.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices- 2
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Grated Cheese- 1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic- 2 tsp
- Cheese slice- 2
- Chopped Onion- 1 tbsp
- Chopped Red Capsicum- 1 tbsp
- chopped Green Capsicum- 1 tbsp
- Chopped Yellow Capsicum- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and add in butter and chopped garlic, mix together.
- Apply butter and garlic mixture on both sides of the bread slices.
- Place the bread slices on a chopping board, sprinkle grated cheese on them.
- Sprinkle 3 types chopped capsicums and onions on top.
- Place them on a hot pan and cook them in slow heat.
- Cover the pan and cook till cheese melts completely, and bread slices become crisp.
- Chili Cheese toast is ready to eat.
