Peanut Butter Fudge
If you're looking for an easy, vegan, gluten-free, keto dessert, this Peanut Butter Fudge is for you. This is the easiest Peanut Butter Fudge you can find, and they are super creamy and smooth.
Ingredients
- Smooth peanut butter- 500g
- Coconut oil- 80g
- Maple syrup- 110g
- Toasted peanuts(crushed)- 30g
- Vanillla extract- 1teaspoon
- A pinch of salt
How to make peanut butter fudge?
- Take a large mixing bowl, add in 500g of peanut butter, 80g of coconut oil, 110g of maple syrup, 1teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pich of salt and mix untill combined and smooth batter is formed.
- Take an 8-inch(square) baking pan grease it with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly, sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
- Freeze it for 2 hours( untill set), release from the pan and cut into square pieces.
- Fresh peanut butter fudge is ready to serve.
