Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Take a saucepan of water and bring it to a boil.
  • Crack each egg into its small bowl so they’re ready to go with warm water.
  • When the water reaches a boil, reduce it to a medium flame.
  • Add eggs into the boiling water.
  • Take the eggs out after 3 minutes, till they get poached.
  • For solid yolk leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Take the eggs out and drain the water.
  • Season the Poached eggs with salt and pepper, serve it.
