Poached Eggs- recipe
POACHED EGGS |
- Eggs
- Water
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Take a saucepan of water and bring it to a boil.
- Crack each egg into its small bowl so they’re ready to go with warm water.
- When the water reaches a boil, reduce it to a medium flame.
- Add eggs into the boiling water.
- Take the eggs out after 3 minutes, till they get poached.
- For solid yolk leave it for 5 minutes.
- Take the eggs out and drain the water.
- Season the Poached eggs with salt and pepper, serve it.
