Here are some unique dips from my kitchen to yours we have three dips.
In the making, The first one is a honey mustard dip the second one is a spring onion dip and the third one is tandoori tzatziki.
spring onion dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup - Hung curd
- 1/4 cup - chopped spring onions
- 1/4 tsp - chopped green chili
- 1/4 tsp - grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp - powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp - mustard powder
- Pepper
- Salt to taste
Method:
The first thing that I'm using is some hunkered to this add chopped green onions.
Note: Chop some greens of a spring onion keep it as fine as you can you can also use the white part of the onion but trust me just use the green and see the difference.
Along with them quickly chop a green chili nice and fine. (I’m using one chili you can move it too you can use half it's a personal choice)
Along with them create a clove of garlic. (don’t add a lot of garlic here because the predominant flavor you is going to be spring onions )
Add all these ingredients straight into the hung curd (Add in the garlic let's add in the chopped chilies and finally lots of spring onion )
Add in some sugar not too much just a little bit of flavor setting add some mustard powder (yellow mustard powder). Add some freshly cracked black pepper and finally some salt as required well just to make it a little differently.
sauté the spring onions garlic and chilies, give them a nice mix with this your spring onion dip is done and ready.
Honey-mustard dip

- 1/4 tsp - mustard powder
- Pepper
- Salt to taste
Method:
For this use, some hunkered again and add in a big tablespoon of honey make sure the quality of honey is absolutely brilliant.
Add in some ground mustard and crushed black pepper and finally some salt as well.
Give them a quick mix if you're making a large batch you could also use a whisk or a hand blender.
Mix them well until a smooth mixture is not formed.
Tandoori Tzatziki Dip:
We’ve all heard of tzatziki it's a Mediterranean dip with cucumber dill and lots of other things but this one especially is thundery flavored.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup - hung curd
- 1/2 cup - Grated & squeezed cucumber
- 1 tbsp - Chopped dill leaves
- 1 clove garlic - grated
- 1 tsp - chili powder
- 1/2 tsp - Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice
Method:
The first ingredient that goes in is cucumber. Snip the ends of a cucumber and grate it with its skin.
Next ingredient is fresh dill leaves chop it nice and fine this has a very unique flavor and trust me in a dip you're going to enjoy this.
Note: Do not overpower the dip just keep it to a tablespoon and that should do its job.
Take some garlic cloves and grate them again. The first thing that goes in hunkered is some cucumber, add in the leaves and create a clove of garlic let's give them a mix before we proceed further remember the fact that the cucumber is going to lead some water so keep it in mind.
The next thing is to give it a very typical tandoori Indianized flavor and for that add in chili powder, chat masala salt as required and finally some fresh lemon juice.
Give them one final mix and with this the Pandora's our Zeki is ready.
With these three types of dips are ready to be enjoyed with chips wafers of French fries.
