Ingredients-
- Boiled eggs around 2
- Bread pieces
- Cheese slices
- 1 tablespoon onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon green pepper
- Black pepper powder according to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method-
- Take a mixing bowl in which add onions, green pepper, mayonnaise, salt. black pepper and other combinations whichever you like.
- Chop the boiled eggs according to the sizes you required and add that eggs into that mixture.
- Take a bread slice and place that toppings mixture on that bread slice, place a cheese slice over that topping.
